Late payment for lecturers When will you people pay your lecturers? People can't be working for you day in day out like slaves and you just take one or two years to pay them. Late rewards, means NO MOTIVATION which equals to POOR TEACHING . Then you expect people to bring children in your institution ? There's nothing good that institution. Not organized at all. Borrow a leaf from Kenyatta University and Nairobi University. Rose Mwonya do your job and respect human rights. Pros: nationally known Cons: long work hours, outdated technology, limited upward mobility I would NOT recommend to a friend. |
