SSCT is truly an affordable competent learning institution where most of the faculty & staff are effective,efficient and competent in their respective jobs. However, it is annoying to note that during enrollment, a long queue of enrollment transactions seems to be never-ending.For one,lining up at the registrar's office blocks passersby along the hallway which adds up to a messy transaction.Perhaps additional enrollment personnel will help ease enrollment process to go on smoothly. Anyways, in general, I give 4 stars for SSCT.
